Teen Swimming Lessons

It is never too late to learn to swim!

This beginner class is designed for teens between the ages of 13 and 18 who want to learn basic swimming skills.

Skills will include:

Front and back floats, treading water, shallow and deep water bobbing, front and back glides, flutter kick, Freestyle, and Backstroke, jumping and diving into deep water.

Learning to swim for fitness will be part of the curriculum.
